Email [email protected] for anything: bugs, billing, account questions, scan or lookup issues, TestFlight access, and feedback. Include the email on your FlipIQ account and, for scan issues, the item and rough time so we can find the logs.

Response expectations

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Billing and account-access issues are prioritized. During the iOS beta, crash reports and scan misidentification reports are especially valuable — screenshots help.

Refunds

Pro subscriptions and lookup credit packs are purchased through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple: open reportaproblem.apple.com and select the purchase. If a charge looks wrong or a purchase did not unlock, email us first — entitlement sync issues are usually fixable within minutes and don't require a refund.

Account and data deletion

You can delete your account from the app's settings, or email [email protected] from your account email and we will process the deletion. See the privacy policy for what is removed and what may be retained for legal or billing reasons.
